Techniques we can use to customize your product.

1- We use a very particular technique HIGH RELIEF in soaps. It is an innovative technique that TugaSoap developed and results with great visual impact, esthetic and beauty. Choose one of the Soap models that we present you and start write letters, drawings or logos, for us to put them in high relief 2mm. The subjects that will stay in RELIEF are not collages, they are part of the soap and for this purpose we always have to create a specific mold to reproduce your customization. In our larger models we can always put more letters and more designs than in the smaller models. There are some technical restrictions to produce HIGH RELIEF in soaps, if you have the need to send us files with your designs and / or specific font letters, our technicians will analyze these files and check the suitability of your requests and our technique to make a mold. Even if it is not possible to do exactly what you asked, we always try to present an alternative the closest to what you want. Here are some examples of how is the Relief in soaps.

2- See some drawings that we chose for you and which you can use without any problem in the design of your GIFT project. These silhouettes are designed to be used both in creating molds for soaps, as well as in cropping/CUT cardboards. If none of these drawings pleases you, do a search on the Internet and send us the design you would like to see used in your gift (take care not to choose designs that are protected by copyright). Choose silhouettes, avoid drawings that incorporate other drawings in its interior. The drawings must have a minimum size for their sustainability and prevent to be "crushed" by any excessive pressure (in the soaps). Anyway, we'll review your suggestion and see if we can apply as it is presented to us. We always find a solution for you.

• We can put in relief: Letters, names, some drawings or logos whatever you want.
• The soap customization requires the execution of a specific mold. This mold has a cost to the customer when the amount is less than 10 units (when the amount is higher than 10 units Sabonarte does not charge you this mold).
• The soap comes in a resistant plastic box of translucent polypropylene, at the same time this box allows you to see the themes raised in the soap, and also gives proper protection and easy handling.
• The plastic box packing the soap is already included in the price.
• On the back of the box it takes a printed label containing a description of the ingredients in accordance with the cosmetics legislation.
• Dimensions already packed 90x40x27mm, weight approx. 59gr.
• The soap is presented with an aroma specifically selected by Sabonarte, from the best worldwide fragrances market.
• WARNING: both the drawings and, in particular, the letters that are in high relief in soaps, must have a minimum size so that they have acceptable stability and are not crushed.
